How do I claim my free haircut?+
If you spot our sign at an upcoming new location, scan it and follow the instructions in the email you receive shortly after. Valid for first-time customers only, Monday to Wednesday before 4 PM.
How much is a haircut?+
$53 for a Classic haircut. $58 for a Skin or Bald Fade.
What is the Classic haircut?+
Any haircut or style except a skin or bald fade. Includes shaving the entire head without the use of a straight razor.
How much is a fade?+
$58. Fades that start from a 0 guard.
What is a Skin Fade?+
A style where the hair is cut short near the bottom and gradually gets longer up the sides and back, blending into the longer hair on top. The Skin or Bald Fade starts from a 0 guard.
How much is a beard trim?+
$23. Trimming and sculpting of the beard with a line up by blade. It does not include the use of a blade on the neck.
How much is an Edge-Up or Line-Up?+
$23. An outline refresh with razor detailing. This is not a haircut and does not include blending.
What is a Royal Shave?+
Regular beard trimming and sculpting with a steamer to open the pores, pre-shave oil, a hot towel, hot lather, a straight blade shave on the neck, then a cold towel and aftershave.
What is the Baldy?+
A full traditional shave on the scalp: pre-shave oil, hot towel, hot lather, a straight blade, then a cold towel and aftershave.
Do you offer wax?+
Yes, for the ears, nose and eyebrows. $18 for each area. Lasts three to four weeks, compared to a week at most with a trimmer.
What is the Royal Mask?+
A peel-off charcoal mask that draws impurities from the pores, removing dead skin and blackheads. $18.
How much is eyebrow detailing?+
$10. Trimming of the eyebrows with the blade. We do not offer eyebrow tinting or styling yet.
Do you do hair designs?+
Yes, a select group of our barbers do designs. Pricing depends on the design; ask the shop manager.
What is the Executive Package?+
A one hour experience: any haircut, Royal Shave, Royal Mask, and waxing of the ears and nose. $115.
How do I claim my free haircut?+

Can I book a specific barber?+
Yes. Every barber has a profile with his next openings. Pick him when you book, or choose any barber and we assign the first one free.
Do you take walk-ins?+
Yes, first come, first served. Clients with booked appointments take priority. Use the check-in QR at the door and we will text-free notify your barber that you are here.
Do you tint or style eyebrows?+
Not yet. We offer eyebrow detailing with the blade and eyebrow waxing. Tinting and styling are on the list of things we are looking at.
Do I need the app to book?+
No. You can book on this site as a guest. The app remembers your barber and your card, lets you check in from the car, and earns Good Points on every visit, so most regulars end up using it.
How does check-in work?+
When you are within a half hour of your time, the app shows I am here. Tap it from the car or the sidewalk and your barber sees you arrived. No app? Scan the QR at the door.
Can I book for my son and me back to back?+
Yes. Book two appointments with the same barber or two barbers side by side; the app shows both calendars. Spot Junior is for kids 5 to 12.
I have a coupon. How do I use it?+
Book through the site or the app and show the coupon at the desk. Coupons can be withdrawn at any time, and barbers can refuse a coupon that does not meet its terms.
What are Good Points?+
Our rewards. One point per dollar on every visit, more for members, plus points for booking in the app, rating your barber and referring a friend. Redeem for free services at any shop, right at the register.
Can I pay before I sit down?+
Yes. Pay ahead in the app when you book or when you check in, and walk out when the cut is done. Tip is added at the end, or leave it in cash.
Do gift cards work at every shop?+
Yes. Buy one online in a minute, send it by email or text, and the balance works at any Spot and in the app.
What is The Reserve?+
A membership for regulars: haircuts included every month, a discount on everything else and priority booking, billed monthly on the card in your app. After hours, The Reserve is also our private-event format, with the shop, the barbers, a bartender and a photographer for your group.
